You can tell if your order was processed if you received an email from Clickbank (invoice@clickbank.com). Clickbank will send you an email to the address you used when you purchased the product the moment your payment was processed. Make sure that you entered the correct email address!
Too, you should have been re-directed to
the Members Download Area right after you ordered and filled out
your account details.
You also should have received a Members Welcome Message from us containing more details about your purchase, including links to technical support and how to get back to the Members Area at any time.
If you think you have ordered but haven't received
an email from us, then please make sure that the email has not been blocked as spam! Check your Junk Mail folder and your mailbox settings to ensure
that our emails can get through to you and not go straight into
your junk mail folder.
Of course, you can always look at your credit card
statement to double-check.
If you think that you have ordered but have not received
an email from Clickbank, access to the Members Download Area, or your Members Welcome Message from us, then
please email us.
